We work from our own office, using tools, apps and online resources available to us to provide our services remotely. We operate as a virtual member of our client teams, providing a reliable and seamless value-added resource that is entirely bespoke to each client. We like to meet all our clients in person but due to location it’s not always possible so we do have clients we’ve met only once or twice in as many years, as well as some we’ve yet to meet.
Payment and Terms
We operate on a Retainer basis only, minimum of four hours per month, with one month’s cancellation notice from either party. Some work can be difficult to quantify so we can begin on an hourly basis for the first month, to establish how many hours are feasible for you. Typically clients start outsourcing a specific task but once they realise how much we can do and get used to the relief of offloading those tasks to us, they gradually pass over more and more work. This works well for both parties as we get to know our client’s business and they get to know and trust us. We also offer a day rate for occasional work carried out on-site with clients but availability is very limited – please get in touch for more information. We accept payment by electronic bank transfer or via online services such as GoCardless. Once we agree to work together you will be asked to sign the Busy Biz Terms and Conditions setting out the scope of work as well as our general terms of business and a confidentiality clause.
