I describe myself as an implementer, somebody who will take care of your back office tasks, so you can focus on your own clients and running your business. You can rest assured that your work is in safe hands and will be completed professionally and confidentially.
I work from my own office, using tools, apps and online resources to provide services remotely. I operate as a virtual member of client teams, providing a reliable and seamless value-added resource that is entirely bespoke to each of my clients. I prefer to meet clients in person but due to location it’s not always possible so I do have clients I’ve met only once or twice in as many years, as well as some I have yet to meet, where all our contact is via phone or email.
Payment and Terms
I operate on a Retainer basis, a minimum of four hours per month, with one month’s cancellation notice from either party. Some work can be difficult to quantify so we can begin on an hourly basis for the first month or two, to establish how many hours are realistically needed. There is also a small set-up fee added to the first month’s invoice.
Typically clients start outsourcing a specific task but once they realise how much I can help with and get used to the relief of offloading the work, they gradually pass over more and more tasks. This works well for both parties as I get to know my client’s business and they get to know and trust me.
I also offer a day rate for work carried out on-site with clients but availability is limited – please get in touch for more information.
Payment options are electronic bank transfer or via online services such as GoCardless. Once we agree to work together you will be asked to sign the Busy Biz Terms and Conditions setting out the scope of work, terms of business and a confidentiality clause.
