Administration – General and Online
Does your business have a system that needs ongoing management, data input or updating that you don’t have time to do?
Your time is better spent elsewhere in your business, so I will care of tasks such as managing contact databases, event set-up and ticketing, membership and subscription systems, CRM systems and sales tools. I do a lot of this type of work for clients and some of which involves website plug-ins that integrate directly with the company website, others are more bespoke, stand-alone systems.
I also undertake general administration in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher and will create, proof, edit or re-format documents and files to reflect your company style so that not only are they accurate and look good, but will support your overall business image.
Website Content Management
Is your website content woefully out of date?
I can help keep your website content updated with text, images, pricing, blogs, etc, so that it’s always current. I can add new services or products, special offers, new events and remove old ones, make seasonal changes such as opening and closing hours, optimise and upload new photos, check and replace any time-specific downloads or links, etc
I have experience in most systems but am particularly experienced in WordPress and Contao.
Are you a Solicitor, Financial Adviser, Insurance Professional or a business owner using dictation?
I provide a confidential and accurate digital transcription service and can work with most voice file formats. Click here to check whether your file type is supported.

Templates and Documents
Do you waste time re-creating the same type of document over and over again? Or maybe you have accidentally saved over an important document…
By creating a set of standard and easy to use templates I will streamline your administration, ensure consistency, prevent the loss of important documents and save you time. I can create templates in the usual formats of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook but also, if you have a bespoke system, there are likely to be ways to create shortcuts, documents and templates within your system so you can use it more efficiently.
Auto Responders, Lead Pages, Landing Pages
Need some help implementing your digital sales and marketing strategy?
If you are using digital marketing to generate leads and sales, I can help you implement your strategy. For example, your objective may be to increase newsletter sign-ups, sell a webinar or event, promote a free giveaway, or launch a new product or service. I can help by setting up lead pages, landing pages and auto responders to help you achieve this.
Social Media Support
Struggling to find time for social media?
I will help you raise awareness of your products and services by writing and scheduling posts tailored to each social media platform, regularly prompting you for content and suggesting ways that you can use your existing marketing content through your social media presence. Viewing the business as a third party I can often see opportunities to promote the business, services and products of my clients that they may not have considered themselves.
If you are new to digital marketing and considering setting up a social media presence, I can help by setting up new accounts for you and advising on the platforms that would work best for your business.
Too busy to get your newsletter done?
I will create and send your e-newsletter on a regular basis either by researching and writing articles from scratch or by using your own pre-written articles or even just editing your own rough notes, and then uploading and sending out through your newsletter system.
If you don’t have a newsletter system yet, I will set one up for you, create a template and upload your contacts. I can also help you increase your newsletter list by adding sign up forms to your website and social media.
How current is your blog?
If it’s been a while since you last posted an article, I will keep your blog regularly updated by uploading your pre-written articles, adding links, optimising and uploading images and posting to your various social media platforms. I can also create posts from scratch either from your own notes or write a draft outline for you.
If you need a reminder because of your busy workload, I will prompt you regularly so that together we can keep your blog current.
